Delivery area

Nuanzes delivers within Sweden.

Delivery time

Orders placed before 12:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 or at weekends are processed the next business day.

Normal delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on the delivery address.

Shipping

We ship our parcels with PostNord. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delays

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delays outside our control, for example at the carrier, may extend delivery time. If your delivery is significantly delayed, you are welcome to contact us.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 199 to cover shipping and handling costs.

Damage on delivery

If your parcel is damaged on delivery or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nuanzes.com.
