Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right you must notify us in writing within this period.
Return conditions
We do not generally offer returns beyond the statutory right of withdrawal. For a return to be approved:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be unopened (sealed)
- The product must be in its original packaging
- You must be able to show a receipt or order confirmation
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products (such as perfume) cannot be returned.
How to return
To start a return, contact us at info@nuanzes.com and include your order number, name and reason for return.
Returns must be approved by us before they are sent. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping
You pay for return shipping. We recommend tracked shipping, as you are responsible for the return until it reaches us.
Damaged or faulty items
Always check your order on arrival. If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@nuanzes.com and we will help you. For approved complaints we cover any replacement or redelivery.
Exceptions
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfumes (hygiene products)
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, we refund you using the same payment method as the purchase, normally within 10 business days, though your bank may take longer.
